Learning that lasting results start with sustainable habits
Discovering that being lean doesn't always mean having a healthy relationship with food.
Strong, balanced and focused on long-term health and sustainability.
My relationship with health and fitness hasn't always been straightforward.
I started out carrying more weight than I was comfortable with and, like many people, thought the answer was simply to eat less and exercise more.
Over time, I became very lean, but I also became overly restrictive around food. While I looked healthy on the outside, my relationship with nutrition wasn't sustainable.
Learning about nutrition changed everything. I discovered that lasting results don't come from extremes, they come from understanding your body, building balanced habits and creating an approach that works in real life.
Today, I focus on maintaining a strong, healthy physique while enjoying food, social events and life outside the gym.
My goal isn't to help you follow a perfect plan. It's to help you build habits and confidence that last long after coaching ends.
